Always a great selection of frozen yogurt! The free candy buffet is a fun bonusš
Had my 5 year olds birthday party at the pump house for an āice cream for breakfast themeā before they opened. The staff was amazing to work with and helped with anything we needed. We did arts and crafts and did a Taylor Swift dance party. 10/10 recommend.
First time going, delicious! Their Butterfinger-tasting fro-yo tastes exactly like the real thing! Fantastic topping selection, and a great atmosphere!
Oh and if you donāt know how frozen yogurt shops work by now, then your brain is frozen too!

My husband and I were so thrilled to come here! It was clean and lots of good choices however the customer service sucked! We stood there for a few minutes while the workers talked on their phones and to each other! Finally another customer explained what to do (our first trip). I saw the girl at the counter was annoyed with the lady who helped us, we were glad she did. It was quite uncomfortable for a few minutes. There are no posted prices for any of it. It cost $20 for the 2 of us! Not planning to go back anytime soon.

The fro-yo is simply delicious. There is a few things though I would like there to be a few more flavors because some of the flavors are kind of plain. I would also add covers on the toppings cause then it would be a little more sanitary. But other than that it is a 5/5.

It was $8-9 for a small cup of yogurt, only filled half way.
Also may I please ask that you stop having your staff ask for a tip? Looks bad for business especially being a self serve ice cream place.

The lemonade has WAY too much ice. It was about 50% ice 50% drink. It tastes good but is just too little amount of drink.
Lemonade was mostly ice. It was good, but had too much ice. Lemonade also took about 30 mins when it wasnāt even very busy.

oh so fun and amazingly yummy!!! i love all the ice cream flavors and all of the many many toppings!!? such a cute little place, with booths and tables and swings inside where you can look out onto the street... definitely a go-to now for me!!?

I gave pump house a 4 start due to a few different things.
1. The workers are kids who would rather be with friends than at works and it's obvious with the attitudes and interactions.
2. The sizes offered are large, huge and gigantic. It looks ridiculous putting a small about in the "small" bowl. I understand it's by ounce and the idea is to pile it on to make money, but dang. Not all people out here especially littles can eat that much!
3. The contamination is pretty up there. It's a kids candy shop. Let's face it, most of you parents just let them kids go! Kids don't understand allergies or cleanliness. Gross.
Otherwise, the yogurt is yummy and the choices are top notch!

The food here is so yummy! I love how there is so many different varieties to choose from. The service is awesome and the staff is so friendly. The atmosphere is amazing, they have couches, tables, benches, booths and even swinging chairs. There are even games you can play. For example, they have guess who or beer pong. The overall the scenery is so beautiful. Plus I love the neon sign that says, "More pumpy, less grumpy." It is just such a bike in The Pump House. Everytime I come downtown with my friends I go here almost every single time. I love this place so much! It is awesome and everybody is full of positivity!

I love taking a family here, however ice cream is really overpriced and the system asks you for tips despite the fact that you serve your self.
