McDonald's Reviews
This used to be the place to get great customer service, now they are the worst. They don't greet you, actually they don't talk to you at all: just stick their hand out the window. Customer service is EVERYTHING, and I'll find a different location to hit every morning. This morning both women at the windows were so rude, and one was the manager!

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received a mix of reviews from its customers. Despite some recent negative feedback, one customer was pleasantly surprised by their experience at the drive-thru. The staff members were friendly and attentive, with the pick-up window worker being particularly smiley and positive. The Coke was swapped out quickly, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The burger also tasted classic. However, the customer was slightly disappointed that they only received 9 nuggets instead of 10, and they found them to be a bit bland. Another customer was completely satisfied with their Big Mac, describing it as "hot and fresh and perfect." On the other hand, a different customer felt that the staff lacked personality, despite the fact that they were earning double the minimum wage.
Recent reviews mention some issues with order accuracy and food quality. One customer apologized for a drive-thru mix-up caused by app default settings, noting that the mistake was not caught at the drive-thru and was compounded by not checking in properly. They appreciated that the food was always good despite the mishap. Another reviewer reported ordering two double cheeseburgers but receiving one double and one single cheeseburger with two pieces of cheese, calling the place a joke and advising to go elsewhere due to employee incompetence. A different customer described their food as cold, with old fries and cold, hard nuggets. They also noted that the employees seem indifferent, and one employee stands in the window staring at customers until they receive their food. The location is not corporately owned, leading to policies that benefit the staff but frustrate customers. When calling to complain, customers often find the phone either unanswered or told that nothing can be done, with no offers for replacement or refunds.
