Bugs Lora has some of the best gluten free and dairy free pizza I’ve ever had. Their staff is friendly. My only complaint is that their take out service is not the same quality as their dining in. Often times, there are less toppings, toppings/cheese is not evenly spread out, and in several occasions our pizza wasn’t even cut! I hope they improve their take out!
Great pizza - the best in town, but the staffing is terrible. They’re clearly severely overstaffed, resulting in super stressed servers and wait staff. Our server was on the verge of losing his mind, and seemed like he was near quitting (and we felt bad!). Kids screaming everywhere and terrible ambience inside - the stress was evident. Please staff + pay your employees better to ensure that they can succeed!
Went with a few of my friends on a Friday. We didn’t have a reservation and had no problem with the wait. We had drinks at the bar and the bartender was spectacular! The issue was that our server felt quite dismissive. My friends and I are over drinking age but on the younger side and after 6 years of serving, I feel like I can clock when servers don’t want to give you the time of day because they don’t expect much from you. Our server never even introduced himself to us...
