White rice and steak were out when I got there. I kindly reminded the young gentleman who reacted adapted and did his best with a smile. I believe his name was Zane. Left him with a smile. They were busy and things happen. Still amazing food as always. Sometimes all we need is a reminder that even in the storm, a smile goes a long way.

As a frequent visitor of this Chipotle, the low rating is deserved but I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when Louie helped me! He greeted me with a smile, made friendly small talk and was just had a great vibe. Others at this location could definitely take notes, simple manners goes a long way. I know you probably don't want to be at work but don't make it miserable for both of us. Anyways, back to Louie 10/10! I wish I could call ahead to see if Louie would be here...

I'm not sure why they only have 1 star... the staff were extremely fast, courteous, we came in with 26 students and they served us, as well as atleast 15 other customers in about 15 mins. Great service.
