Last week, I experienced deplorable customer service by the owner/manager (he's a manager, but I am not sure if he is the owner) and will never give this location my business again. I highly recommend supporting our other local coffee shops, specifically Kahve and Biggby, where the coffee is better and you are actually welcomed with warm, grateful smiles.
I think they are way under staffed at this particular place. I waited in line for 10 minutes before my order was even taken. It's not the first time that has happened.
When you treat your 6 year old daughter to donuts, and even she notices and comments, "I think they need to go back to Kindergarten and learn how to be nice". Will be passing by this location next time. �
