I pulled up to drive-thru on my way to work and the employee asked how can I help you twice. I asked her nicely to give me a minute to look at the menuboard. 5 seconds later a man comes over the speaker and says are you ready to order now? I was the only car in the drive-thru and the only customer. I felt rushed and unwelcome. I just drove off without purchasing anything. I will never return.
Unfriendliest service ever. Place is dirty. Ice cream flavors are missing flavor sign and you have to guess what the flavor is. Employee seemed annoyed I was there and it wasnt busy. Overpriced. A tiny kid sized portion single scoop was $5.00.

Not reliable. This is the second time I ordered custom cakes from this store- the first time they never wrote the message on it and refused to do it at the time of pickup, and this time I ordered a custom print cake for a birthday for my husband and when I arrived to pick it up 2 hours before the party I was told that “the cake maker didn’t make it” and the candles I ordered “we don’t have”.
