After 24 hours of bailing water out of the basement we needed a real meal - so nice to come in, and as busy as it was - to see a smiling face, staff even taking the time to ask how we were doing. Excellent food too!
I love Jimmy John's but the last 2 times at this location they have messed up my order. Did not put appropriate condiments requested or cut in half. I brought it up tonight and employees blame other employees for this mistake. They did not offer compensation other than bringing back my sandwich immediately for a new one. I have video of my poorly made sandwich but they said they do not trust that. I recommend you check your order before you leave if it is a carry out.
