After 24 hours of bailing water out of the basement we needed a real meal - so nice to come in, and as busy as it was - to see a smiling face, staff even taking the time to ask how we were doing. Excellent food too!
Always good, always fast. One of the best sandwich shops around
This particular Jimmy John's has slipped. The sandwiches are smaller and no longer well made. The bread seems smaller and the toppings are skimpier. The staff is often not attentive. I have had to forgo my rewards because the cashier doesn't ask and rings it up. I didn't have them viid the sale to get my rewards only because there wasva line out tge door. It had happened twice. They have loud discussions about weird things while customers are present.
