Sub was pretty good. The bun they use is top notch. The service was friendly, but felt rushed. There was no one else in the restaurant, but the young lady taking my order seemed like she was in a hurry to do something else, but she was not rude at all. I would return here.
Food is amazing. Customer service is not. Placed a large order for my family. Requested one cup of ice with a lid for the bottle of soda I bought. They said I’d have to pay for the cup and ice. First time ever for this to happen to me at a JJs. Even McDonald’s doesn’t charge for ice. Unfortunate experience.
