I get here pretty early in the morning and noticed, as far as I can see, they only have one employee working. Every Tim Hortons I have been to has at least 4 people in the morning. How can one person be expected to take all the orders and make all the orders? The drive thru time is crazy most mornings and the employees seem miserable.

Usually decent but lately the iced capps have been insanely sweet. I bought one Friday last week and only had a sip before tossing it out, and the same today! What's going on? Have they changed the recipe? If this is how they'll be, I'm never having an iced capp again 🤮

I live within walking distance of the 12& dequindre store. But always choose this one when I want my order right the first time!!! Plus the workers here are so nice and make you feel welcome. Fresh everything here and if for some reason something does get messed up they rectify it immediately and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Best Tim Hortons in Madison Heights, Royal Oak, Hazel Park, and Warren!!!!
