We had a reservation at 6 o’clock they seated us at 6:45 serves us at 8. Service horrible food really good. I suggest you get it to go
Table side, did not get entertainment or interaction from chief, was not told or explained when seated. Also they seemed short staffed on waitress, to busy to take dishes. paid and advertised ice cream to end meal, no mention, just brought bill. Would not recommend for cost
I don’t think the food quality was there for the price
Benihana Saginaw Michigan offers an excellent dining experience with friendly and attentive staff. Although it can get busy, the chefs and waiters provide great service. Be prepared for a possible wait, but the food is worth it. The chefs are accommodating to special requests, including food allergies, and cook with flair in front of guests.
