“Took a long time to send a person to help the person order in front of me. I ordered online and the drink said Pepsi when I wanted a lemonade and I got coleslaw I stead of mac and cheese. I ordered online and waited to go get it then proceeded to wait in line for my online food for at least 10 mins. No one else but the other customer in the lobby. That was standing there and taking his flip flops off and standing barefoot at the counter while looking at my feet.“
“Ordered online to eat here order went to Midland called them they were very unprofesional refused to help us Robyn a Manager here at this store tried to talk to Midland about it and they didn't treat her any better she made sure that we were fed and apologized for the way were treated by Midland KFC we wanted to make sure that upper management is aware of the her dedication to her job and her professional manner that she helped us 😀 Thank You“
“I didn’t get her name but the lady with the long red hair was SO kind. She said it would be a 12 minute wait (which I don’t mind waiting for fresh chicken!) so she offered to throw in a free small side for the wait. Even brought out my cheese curds first because they would be done sooner. Amazing service and very mindful young woman. 10/10 my favorite KFC around!“
“Placed an order online only to have the wrong food delivered by Door dash. Took the order back in to the restaurant and the manager Pamela went WAY above and beyond to make it right. In my opinion she deserves a sizable raise or a hefty bonus for her service and what she puts up with. Beyond pleased with the way she treated me.“
