KFC in Lansing

“Update: In my eyes, they have largely improved the consistency and service. They haven't skimped on the seasoning in the last 5 to 10 visits. Additionally, the staff has been courteous and efficient. The size of the pieces still isn't as large as it was before, but it's definitely better than the micro chicken that you get at the south Lansing location.
Original review: The majority of the time I go there there's some sort of problem. Not enough spices on the food one time, the next time they forget one of my pieces of chicken, the next time they're out of chicken, next time I get a chicken thigh the size of a wing. They are usually pretty friendly at the window though.“

“Ever since I was a kid, my favorite fast food restaurant has been KFC and I've been going to this particular KFC since I was a kid.

I usually come get KFC after Mass at my church, and it always does the job! There are times that the service is slow but given how difficult it is in the fast food restaurant business, I won't judge or criticize them especially during their busy times.

In conclusion, I would like to give a big shoutout to Autumn, Christine, Shoran, Lala, Shy, Alex and all of the employees who work on Sundays. Fantastic job from all of them and I invite people to please come to this KFC!

“This was the best KFC we’ve had in years. The biscuits were fluffy and soft. Actually they were softer the 2nd day than some locations serve fresh. The chicken was a generous portion. It was even still hot after a 40 minute drive. Solid KFC location.“
