Subway in Saginaw

“Hands down the best subway experience I've had in 15 years. I have been seriously missing out not going to this subway. Chris and Kate were extremely nice. Can't thank them enough for it. The food was fresh and made well. Go to this one if you're in the Saginaw area.

Kid-friendliness: They were both very kind in taking an order from my 7 year old. She was very adamant she had to place the order herself.“

“Called about ordering Door dash and having an issue. Diane took time to walk me thru how to order my difficult order for my children and was very kind and caring. She also became pro active in watching for my order to make sure it would be correct. I will be ordering alot from them now. Thank you so much“

“This is my favorite Subway location. Excellent large dining room always looks new and clean. Friendly service and good quality food. I appreciate the way the guy spreads the guacamole on the bread, as opposed to the way some idiots add it on top of the filling, and it makes a big mess.“

“5/12/26 4:13 pm Server 1206. Great service. But more important that I received it, but to another customer. An elderly woman probably close to 80 years old. She was treated with great patience in selecting the items for sandwhich. I think she had gift card and maybe rewards card. Overheard explaining everything at checkout. When I paid I acknowledged the service she provided that women. The response was the best, I just imagine if that was my grandmother. That type of attitude is internal and not learned in corporate training. I hope managemrnt recognizes what an assest they with her workng there.“
