“I placed my mobile order to the wrong store, the manager was very nice and thoughtful to still give me my order when I couldn’t cancel the other one in time. All the workers were professional and were willing to try to help me. Thank you!!“

“Today 8/28 at 7:15 placed our order rather large, the team did a great job. Food was hot, they had some serious compassion. We didn't have enough and they still gave my family food. Seriously fed my children and I couldn't haven't been more blessed. Thank you night crew. You seriously blessed us!

“Play always have great Cherry Pepsi they must maintain their Fountain pipe system more frequently than others and let me tell you those new chicken nuggets they have are the bomb.com especially when you dip them in the nacho cheese baby really good if you could get them to sprinkle some of that seasoning they put on the nacho fries“

“Not a bad place to eat, food was good and people were nice. BUT, Taco Bell hasn't gotten cheap over the years. My local one doesn't even have a counter person, just a couple kiosks. This is a horrible trend. Less service and food being made cheaper but costing more. For some reason it still tastes good even though they took a lot off the menu. I miss Taco Bell from the 90's and early 2000's.

“Updating my review after years of patronage. I still stand-by this establishment being the Best Taco Bell of Saginaw. The food is always fresh & prepared as if you would for your own.. the service is always happy to go overboard to accommodate guests. Elijah was my drivethru associate this evening, but I wanted to thank the unnamed grill-crew for the fresh eats as well. While I was and uber/doordash driver, I always felt confident when picking up from this place. I appreciate that, too.. like more than I can describe. Thanks again!“

On the rare occasion an order is made incorrectly, the staff handles the situation promptly and professionally, providing a remake or exchange without hesitation—and at times even offering a complimentary item to ensure customer satisfaction.

While there have been moments when the dining area was busy and needed tidying, there is always a team member who quickly steps in to take care of it. The overall quality of service at this location is dependable and much appreciated.
