“It was a beautiful warm summer night in east Lansing Michigan just about a mile away from Michigan state university’s campus. My best friend and i had just gotten our nail done, and wanted a little treat for dinner. My friend is on ozempic and has been doing really well. We both decided it was okay to treat ourselves. So that’s what we did. We each put in separate mobile orders, with our desired food. Upon entering the drive through, a lovely AI voice asked us if we’re checking in with our mobile app today. Of course, we said yes. The staff member then asked us for a name for the order. Because the two of us had separate orders we gave two names. This is where things became rocky. The staff member informed us that we would have to circle back around for the second order because they couldn’t do two orders in the drive through. Keep in mind we have done this before. Prior to her ozempic journey we went to Taco Bell every day and never had this issue. Imagine our embarrassment, when we had to circle through the drive through TWICE. It was basically like they had called us fat freaking chuds. My dignity was nowhere to be found. Anyway. I will still come back here, because i know that even good people make mistakes. It’s how we learn from them that matters. Trowbridge Taco Bell, may you learn from this.“
“Went Thursday for lunch. Food was PERFECT, order was flawless, service was stellar. So ended up going again Friday for lunch. Everything was awesome again except they forgot to give me one of the sauces and when I went back in they gave me a free taco for my next visit even though I said I wasn’t worried. Seriously the best Taco Bell with the best service. It’s Sunday and I’m still thinking about it 😂“
