Food was mediocre at best. Had potato soup & half a ruben, 1000 island on sandwich was sweet, not bad just not what i expected. Also WHY is there corn in the potato soup ? 😟 maybe rename it chowder. Guest with me had broccoli soup with bread bowl. Said it OK. Bowl served seperate from soup. Bread was nice and soft.
I had forgotten how good the food is here. I wanted soup on a cold blustery winter day. I chose Chicken Noodle, which was risky because I am fussy about my chicken noodle soup. I elected to get an 8 oz portion but I should have gone for more. It was very good. The half sandwich I ordered was on the advice of the cashier. The employees were nice but the food was not very good. The Ruben was dry with not a lot of meat on it and the kids sandwich was also dry with very limited toppings. The bacon potato soup was also very watery.
