“I love this place! Very nice atmosphere, great food and drinks! The kids and I make it a tradition to play our favorite card game, while we eat musubi, oreo mochi waffles, and popcorn chicken, and drink our favorite Boba drinks. The owner is always so gracious and welcoming! I love how involved he is with the community and how he displays the art from the local schools on the wall. Would be a great place to host an art show, or a small open mic night!“

“Everything I've ever ordered has been superfresh and made with high quality ingredients. There's an impressively large selection of smoothies, and there are lots of tasty, nutritious choices for how you can customize them. Salads and wraps are also customizable, and portions are generous. I tried the new Antipasto Salad, and it was delicious! Ordering online and pick-up after work couldn't be easier.“

Not a full service place, not sure when orders get called from counter to pick up. Not much space to sit. But it was good food and I look forward to going again. Just wouldn't go there to sit down for breakfast like I thought it was going to be. Grab and go would be best.“

“love coming in here daily. Most of the morning shift knows me by name when I come in and I love going in &the fact they take the time to remember my name n order makes it even better. The girl working sandwich line this morning with short lighter hair on lunch shift today. “Went back for a second time in just two weeks. Just as good as I remembered and this time I took a picture before I ate the last half. Pilled high with delicious meat. I had the Reuben, the sandwich was perfect from the meat, sauerkraut, bun and definitely the sauce. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely go back and get another. My wife had the chicken wrap, equally delicious.“

“Glad to see this popular Asian boba tea brand in Ann Arbor. The service was fast and friendly. The room was clean with some seats. We tried several items. Matcha latte was the best with chewy boba. However, the tea tasted like the instant one sold in the grocery. 30% sugar level could be great for Asian people, because of its high sweetness.“

“Sean is absolutely wonderful — he’s kind, always pleasant, and genuinely goes out of his way to help me every time I come in. His friendly attitude makes each visit an easy and positive experience.

The entire store staff also deserves recognition. They consistently provide some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Everyone is so helpful, polite, and upbeat — it really makes a difference and keeps me coming back!

“Tropical smoothie has been my favorite place to eat a healthy meal ever since I got my first free smoothie on the day you come in with flip flops on a year ago. I've been going to the tropical smoothie in downtown Ann Arbor since before the new management they have now and it really is 1000X times better. The lobby is super clean and tidy and the staff is amazing, the smoothies and food are delicious, and if you do have any issues or questions the staff is there to help you the best they can.“
