“Was so busy people were huddled in their vestibule aka front door 🚪 was so busy they shut down the online ordering was shut down and the port dude at the curbside 🚪 was running around in the controlled chaos. However I do have a tiny little issue. When you order a salad 🥗 for example inside it's a big platter full of goodness but I ordered to go it was far less sized yet paid full and same price but was almost half sized smaller. so 🤔 was I ripped off? Or is this normal for to go orders?“

“Let me make this clear! I DO NOT RECOMMEND MCDONALD'S! Raw Quarter Pounder with cheese. Here's a photo of the putrid burger I waited 15 minutes for last night at 11:30 pm at the Eastman Road site! Your worker was touching the rims of cups, also, when storing them. She was scratching her neck, touching her face and touching the rims of the cups. The restaurant was filthy from looking inside from the drive thru window. I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! EVER! I POSTED THE SICKENING PHOTO of the totally RAW burger, TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK. THEYRE REPULSED BY IT!“

I was standing in line for 15mins me and another gentleman a lot of the workers would look at us and not say a thing even tho we tried to get there attention Drew noticed and came right over started to help both of us out. I was going to leave a bad review but thankfully someone that cared about the customer was working today. I know it was busy even a simple one moment would of been enough.“
