I definitely would not recommend this place - for dinner or for drinks. We made a reservation ahead of time, and were seated right away, but that was the first and last positive of our experience. Our server was not very knowledgeable or friendly. When I asked what kind of tequila they had, she responded with "Grey Goose" (should have known to just order a glass of wine at this point). I'll admit, there were a couple of recent reviews posted here on yelp that almost scared us away, but after getting the scoop on this place from a couple of locals, we decided to try it out last night. The food, drink, service, and atmosphere were fabulous. We sat at the bar and had a blast. We will definitely come back next time we are in Saugatuck. I feel a little out of place reviewing a higher end restaurant like this. We came in a weekday, so unlike some of the reviewers, we did not have any trouble with them being unable to keep up. Came early so we'd be done by the time the music in the park started, which always makes downtown extremely busy. It's also hidden along an alley, so it's not affected by touristy crowds.
