Way better than any of the other burger Kings within 20 miles. You do sometimes wait quite a long time to get your food, but when that happens the food is always fresh. The drive thru employees are always nice and always make sure everything ordered is put in the bag.

It was pretty quiet when I stopped at dinner time, but the food took forever to be made and the staff seemed like they were trying, but it still look awhile. Maybe BK should take a note off of chick-fil-a’s playbook. Idk. I’m not their owner of this branch, but it was a poor experience.

Food was great and so were the people. However we left confused, we attempted to pay for our meal with a burger king gift card and was told we could not. I don't quite understand why we were unable to pay for our burger King meal with a burger gift card.

This was the last straw here. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt from past past mediocre food, no product, and poor service.
I was in line at the drive through for 15 mins, 1 car in front left, 3 from behind left. When I finally got asked to order I stated that I had been in line for 15 mins. She immediately snapped back and said that the person in front of me was in line for 3 mins (basically calling me a lier), and stated "that I could just leave". I asked for a manager, and another women jumped in on the conversation stating she was the manger and they are refusing to serve me. My last commen... you should both be fired.

I don’t understand why it’s always a 15 minute excursion when I go to this drive thru. They have you wait for 5-7 minutes before you even order your food and then make you wait to pay for another 5-6 minutes. I left without paying for anything or even getting food. This is the second time it’s happened and i don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or what. But they never appear to be busy by any means so I just truly don’t understand.
I would suggest going to this location if you have 30 minutes to wait.

Best Burger King ever, usually when you think about Burger King, most of the time it is dirty and bad food. But this place is very clean and food tastes great. Feels like sitting in a park , it was impressive. Because this is right at the entrance to Saugatuck, it would be appropriate for some welcoming smiles from the staff. One other suggestion, because the area outside is very nicely landscaped and park-like, it would be nice to put some picnic tables out on the lawn, and some jazz music over the speakers (inside and out).
