I've only used the takeout service after ordering on the app. I order almost weekly. They've disappointed three times (not toasted, wrong olives, old lettuce), reason for losing a star, but since it's been only three times and a while back, they have my loyalty. They're also friendly when I do the pickup.
Not to bad except for having to continue to ask for more and more and more and more until they finally have enough lettuce and what not on it. Besides that the place is clean and staff is niceish.

Typical subway, they definitely loaded the sub though which was very much appreciated. Small parking lot but conveniently placed. The staff member working was rude and made my experience terrible.
