This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the sault if not all of Canada. They are extremely slow always mess stuff up, 9/10 time you get an ice capp it will not be made right same for coffee and they don’t even know how to make a pot of coffee! You will always get coffee grounds in your coffee the last one I just got today was absolutely ridiculous (see picture below)
this is a “large” looks half empty to me. I just took the lid off

1: The phone goes right to busy whenever I try to call. This goes on every time. Apparently it is set up this way so they don’t have to deal with people.
2. I just got a caramel latte and at least 1/4 of it is foam. I did not ask for any and I ordered a large. So I paid for a bunch of air. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.
Time Hortons can do better and should do better instead of ripping people off especially with higher priced drinks. Disgusting.
