“It was actually pretty good somebody paid for her order but I feel as the ladies were a bit rude she handed the ice cream to me all aggressively and ice cream is melting and falling off the cone which was annoying and everything went everywhere my ice cream is ruined“
“This is a huge and well deserved thank you shout out to Noah, who works by himself during the day. He deserves this review x10! Ive been in quite a bit with my family, relatives, and friends. Everytime we come in he goes above and beyond to make our experience a great one. His customer service skills are top notch. Ive been in when theres been a line from the door, super busy and he manages to get to everyone's order in a timely manner and does it all very while very composed, collected, and super friendly and polite. Even with rude customers he manages to keep his cool and kills them with kindness. Its refreshing to see in today's work force. This man deserves a raise!!
As far as the other times I come in its a terrible experience and id give it a 1 star. I dont know who does the hiring here or who's in charge but it's a complete joke! And definitely DO NOT come in on ANY day after 4pm. Its a disaster!
