Jimmy John's in Shelby

“Delicious! I have a gluten intolerance so I eat gluten free and I got the unwhich which is a lettuce wrap. I got the #4 Turkey Tom which has turkey, cheese, mayo and tomato slices and it was delicious! I did pick off the tomatoes cause I don’t like them haha but still really yummy without!“

“I’ve been a regular of Jimmy John’s for quite some time. They aren’t one and the same however so I was super disappointed when my favorite location shut down. I started coming to this location several months back. Overall my experience here has been good. Food is always fresh, staff is overall friendly.

I will say that their phone often times cuts in and out and it can be very frustrating when trying to place an order. I asked to speak to a manager today about it. “A.J.” made my entire experience wonderful! I have not seen such professionalism in quite some time. Don’t know if they’ll be able to fix the phone problem, but for the good service and fresh food I’ll deal with it. LOL“
