“I ordered a particular dish that I did not see that came with pork once I realized my mistake. The lady who took care of me so we can make you another one no problem. I really appreciated that because I really did not see that it had pork on that salad.“
“Although we waited a while for our order to be prepared this time (apparently, they ran out of bread!), the manager, Doug E. is a good fellow. Very helpful and accommodating, especially when/if orders are incorrect. Never had a problem with the quality of food except one time, but he was quick to resolve the issue. He seems to be at the shop round the clock and pitches in to help staff in all areas of service. Top notch and service- and customer- oriented. About the bread shortage: The manager-in-training was apologetic, though it did cause a delay in several orders. Nevertheless, I will be returning to this location unless things take a turn for the worse or Doug is no longer there to keep things in tow.“
