I wanted to share some feedback from my visit at Panera on Hall Rd. There was no coffee available for guests, and several people around me were commenting about it and unhappy. I understand that things happen, but what was more disappointing was how dismissive the manager seemed when the concern was brought up to both staff and the manager.
