“First off, food was delicious! Service left much to be desired. Granted, I don't visit Panera that often, so this might be the way they are now, but we did not have a single employee say a word to us the entire time we were there. We walked in, stood at the counter for a few minutes. An employee walked by and smiled at us but did not attempt to take our order. We found the tablet to place an order ourselves and did that. We sat ourselves and waited for our food to get done. When our food was ready, we received a text, and went up to the counter to pick it up ourselves. Then after we were done, we took care of our garbage and tray. Like I said...maybe this is just the way Panera is...but for how much you are paying for the food, it was a slightly underwhelming experience.“
“My go to spot for getting work done or just hanging out with friends! It’s a quiet space with excellent service, great food, and free refills! Perfect spot to lock in for hours. Even was gifted a free pastry by the kind workers because of how long I was there lol“
