Location: 99 Monroe NW. Located from the Skywalk. Very convenient. At 5pm there wasn't anyone taking orders at the counter; for almost 15 mins. Very odd. Wrkr was reluctant to add extra croutons to bowl of soup. Another wrkr said there wasn't any wi-fi service. She didn't say she didn't know. She said there wasn't. Odd. Kind and helpful staff. Food delish and made correctly. Chicken and rice soup, chicken mozzarella melt. Gotta ask staff for bathroom codes. Security guard rounds in the restaurant (I assume it's the connected hotel's security).
Service is fast and friendly. The line can sometimes get long during lunch rush hour. I’d highly recommend ordering online and pick up if you’re short on time. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, but a bit hectic right in the middle where everyone is waiting for their food to come out and pick up at the counter.
