This review is in the service as I have not eaten my food yet. I made a take out order at 6:30, arrived a little after 7 to pick it up and the signage is a bit hard to see in the dark but after a minute we realized we had to pull around to the other side. On the side it says go to curbside and click “ I’m here” I went on the website and couldn’t click on anything for curbside pick up. So we waited a few minutes and I called to let them know we were there and they said we just got the click that we were there and I thought well that is weird I couldn’t click anything. Another car pulled up next to us and I figured that was who they were talking about, so we waited and about 5 minutes later someone brought their food and I told them we were there for pick up also . After a bit he brought out our food. We got home and I realized my side was there but not my meal. So I called back four times before someone answered. The person took my info and said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. So my husband went back to get it , he sat outside for 30 minutes before going in and explaining the issue to which he was told they had no idea what he was talking about. So he came back home. I called back and talked to an answering service who advised me they use an answering service and that no one called to advise them of my issue and they would fix it and give us a dessert. This is all well and good but we are literally three hours into this ordeal and I am super hungry and a lot hangery by now. This is ridiculous three trips and three hours . I hope my food is good and not spit on at this point.update, good was great but what an ordeal.

The decor is dark and doesn't know what it wants to be. The lighting is dim and lights aren't consistent through the restaurant. The meal was luke warm at best, didn't have much flavor and felt like it was reheated. Took a while to get our drinks, even though it wasn't busy. It is quite expensive, which in my opinion is hurting the restaurant. I'd do a remodel and try to figure out if it wants to be a bar or restaurant, but not both as it does not look good. Choose a lighting fixture and stick with it. Nuking food in a microwave isn't good either and work on lowering wait times for drinks and menus. I do see potential, but I won't be returning.

I took my wife and my kids and I was thinking we will have a good dinner but it turned out their food terrible dry and cold not that much of customer service either very disappointed

Wish I could give less than one star for the service. The service was horrible from the moment we walked in the door. We waited outside for a little under an hour with a party of two, when we walked in we were told that they are short staffed before even a hello. We ordered one drink from the bar which took well over 20 minutes to receive. Elijah said he'd be back with a straw and then proceeded to talk only to two other tables. When we tried to get his attention he looked at us and walked away again. After about 45 minutes we received part of one of two meals that we ordered. The other meal didn't come out until after the people who were sat after us got their well done steaks. I never received the second drinks we ordered because he forget to ring them in. I never received my side of fries. I never received my breadsticks with my pasta. This place used to be a favorite of mine but they have really gone downhill. Makes sense that the other stores in the franchise are closing their doors. Food was delicious, but our server told us that the kitchen was "brain dead" and that's why our food took so long. I'm in the service industry so I went in with the expectations of atleast receiving basic serving skills I.e. being checked on minimum of once. All in all drinks and food were good, but expect to wait an hour for a meal with less than bare minimum service. Do yourself a favor and just go to the KFC next door.

Before I entered the restaurant, I called the restaurant to see if they could accommodate 10 people. They told me they can accommodate on a first come, first serve basis; they also mentioned that business was slow, so they most likely could accommodate 10 people. Upon our arrival, the restaurant makes up a ridiculous excuse saying they’re “short-staffed” so they can’t accommodate 10 people. I thought that was very unprofessional, because why couldn’t they say that on the phone; this caused us to waste gas.

Walked in for a party of 2. He said it's a 25 minute wait. Before we could say yes or no the guy goes "I have lots of large parties in here and I'm short on servers as it is." Then he went on to talk about how it'll probably take longer. That's understandable, but at least give us time to reply without implying you are already backed up and don't want anymore people.

Horrible service will never come here again. Was told the wait was 15 minutes, after 30 minutes of waiting they said it would be another 30 minutes. Everyone was rude. I called ahead before I got there the lady on the phone said when to come in and I still had to wait. Unbelievable horrible experience.
