I always have such a great experience here! Especially at night. The night crew is great, courteous, helpful, kind, efficient. My food is always fresh and tastes great. Good job guys!! Everyone on these night shifts deserves a raise. :).
Disappointed.. seems like when you order a large lemonade, you get a medium, with 95% ice.. and get told thats how its made. I didnt get what I ordered.. Its very frustrating getting charged for things and not receiving them..
I had gone to Wendy's off of Phoenix rd to get food but the lobby was closed which was fine. I had asked if I can stand at the mic to order or stand at the windows as the vehicle i was driving was a schoolbus and was denied basically being told that if I wanted food from there to bring the bus through the drive thru which wouldn't fit without damage.
