We ate here about 9 p.m. today. It was a very good experience. Dining area was clean, food was fresh and hot, and staff was friendly. We were asked several times about the sauce we wanted to be sure they got it right. We would certainly return again.
I have been here and had great service and then I've been here and the cashier ignores you, the food sucks, the pop tasted like water, I told them what sauce I wanted 3 times and they still didn't give it to us.

Arby's is a restaurant known for its signature roast beef and staple items, such as curly fries and mozzarella sticks, which are consistently well-made. The service is generally good, although it can be a bit slow at times. The restaurant's drink selection is limited, with only two size options available, and the milkshake portion is considered small for the price. The drive-through service can be inconsistent, with technical issues causing delays, and there have been instances where requested sauces and straws were not provided. However, the restaurant has received positive feedback for its friendly and accommodating staff, who have gone above and beyond to assist customers, even allowing a bus driver to order inside the closed lobby. The curly fries have been praised for their excellent preparation, and the restaurant has been commended for its ability to create custom drinks, such as the Baja Blast, using the available soda options. Overall, while the experience can be marred by occasional issues, the restaurant's food quality and the exceptional service provided by its staff have contributed to an enjoyable customer experience.
