Maybe for a quick coffee it’s an easy stop but orders I’ve had from this location have never seemed to be quite right and are always missing something or cold or the drink itself got switched.

Poor management who thinks their inability to recruit amd maintain staff is the fault of the public, and not their compensation, benefits, or workplace culture.
Never again. Multiple times my drink has been messed up and they make excuses. The immaturity of the staff isn’t the problem. It’s the lack of leadership. I called to let them know they put whipped cream on my drink when I asked for almond milk because of lactose issues. The girl stayed “well, sometimes people ask for whipped cream.
