Randomly drove through South Lyon today and decided to get ice cream. Was quite surprised to see the ice cream being made the way it was. Mr was extremely friendly. The process takes time, but it's fun to watch and I really enjoyed his version of coffee ice cream.
Love this place the ice cream is fantastic and affordable and consistent, service is also top notch what else could you ask for. If you haven’t tried liquid nitrogen ice cream before you really should, it is the Cadillac of ice cream.

Super unique ice cream experience! The owner takes your order, pours the ice cream base into a bowl, and then pours liquid nitrogen over it and works the mixture using spatulas. Every order is made custom so it can take quite a while if there is a big line. He has set up a really fun kids room in the back with a toy ice cream set, games, and books! Definitely recommend!
