Super unique ice cream experience! The owner takes your order, pours the ice cream base into a bowl, and then pours liquid nitrogen over it and works the mixture using spatulas. Every order is made custom so it can take quite a while if there is a big line. He has set up a really fun kids room in the back with a toy ice cream set, games, and books! Definitely recommend!

Randomly drove through South Lyon today and decided to get ice cream. Was quite surprised to see the ice cream being made the way it was. Mr was extremely friendly. The process takes time, but it's fun to watch and I really enjoyed his version of coffee ice cream.

Ice cream and a show! Curvin's Creamery is not only delicious and diverse in it's offerings (including gluten free and Vegan options) but they use liquid nitrogen to flash freeze the ice cream of your design in front of you!I highly recommend the apple pie base with cinnamon and graham crackers with a honey twist, it's like apple pie and the ice cream all together.Good people running the place too.

So delicious! First time visiting today and the ice cream was delicious, the staff so very nice and friendly, restrooms clean and well stocked, the shop clean and inviting, and filled with lots of comfortable seating and fun games! Oh and they use nitrogen to make the ice cream right in front of you, something we had never seen but really enjoyed! We will definitely be back!

I got to pick 3 different toppings for my icecream and then they performed a science experiment and out came a delicious masterpiece. The ice cream is very cold until the last bite. Friendly staff and my kids enjoyed their superman icecream.
