I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks today, largely due to the exceptional customer service provided by Ryan. Their professionalism and the excellent caramel macchiato made for a truly outstanding visit. Ryan certainly deserves a perfect score for their service.
I come here on my days off of work and every time I do it’s always a great experience. Their coffee is amazing it’s always fresh. The employees here always go out of there way to make customers happy.
Every time I’ve ordered coffee at this location, it takes 30 minutes. The most recent incident was yesterday, when I ordered black coffee. I just don’t get it. I’ve been forced to drive 10 minutes away because I get coffee faster at the brick and mortar location the next town over.
