Used the drive thru, even though the line looked long, things moved quickly.
I stopped in at this Kroger Starbucks at 2:20pm on Saturday, May 30. Nyxx was the barista holding down the store alone and was excellent as always. I visit this location at least once a week, and this is a place where there are very high maintenance and difficult customers and Nyxx is always super helpful and a pleasure to interact with.
I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks today, largely due to the exceptional customer service provided by Ryan. Their professionalism and the excellent caramel macchiato made for a truly outstanding visit. Ryan certainly deserves a perfect score for their service.
