“As a writer, I am a coffee shop elitist, and I'm pretty picky. I don't live over here, and I'm so bummed because this place is awesome. It's quiet, so perfect for writing. It also has a cute makers market, so when I take a break there is lots to look at. The girls at the counter were so sweet, and the food was surprisingly excellent. Plus, the coffee is STELLAR. I wish I could give more stars.“
“The service at Biggby is so good! These people care so much about their customers more than any other business. Any time I go, they always treat everyone with respect, no matter the age. I recommend their cookies and creme freeze, and their caramel marvel. The place is so cozy and so welcoming. If you are ever in the area a need a quick pick me up, this is the place to go!“
“I am an old customer of Great Lakes Coffee in different locations and always noticed a very pleasent and decent quality in their coffee. It is much affordable almost for everyone and worth spreading word about. Hopes this location is going to be the best in the “
“I’ve been coming here for around a year and a half and every experience has been as great as the last. I’ve never had a negative experience here, and the employees are all so wonderful and engaging. This is the closest and the best Starbucks to my house, and I will continue to come here!“
“We showed up with some friends for Happy Meals and to burn off some energy in the play place. We forgot socks and while speaking with my friend about running back to the house to grab some, Mike, the manager, overherd us and brought me two pairs of socks for them to play in. I didn't even know that was a thing, but it was very cool that Mike took the initiative and helped make it all work out. Thanks, Mike!“
“Always clean. The food is fresh and delicious. Every employee there is absolutely amazing on keeping this location looking and running perfectly. They deserve a raise. This is literally the cleanest most well-run Tim Hortons in the entire County. I purposely drive out of the way just to visit this location. Congratulations to you all on a job well done“
“We went there with a group from work. The pizzas were amazing and piping hot. We had a birthday in the group and they made a dessert pizza that tasted like a churro (to the next level). Great service, great atmosphere and great taste. Definitely a high recommendation to visit this place. We will be back and I will be taking my family here soon.“
“I go here every other week to have coffee with my son, who lives about an hour & a half away from me -- Brighton's the halfway point. The food & coffee are great. We normally meet up on Wednesdays, although we did try once in a Friday & it was far more crowded. If you want a savory breakfast pastry, you have to get there earlier than 9 am on a Friday. At 9, there are still some Wednesday savories available. (Note: I do appreciate the store not wasting food, & if I am "stuck" eating a sweet, ah, poor me. ;-) The food is fine -- worth the occasional splurge. We've been coming here in the fall & winter so far. The view from the upper room is lovely, so I am looking forward to sit-outside weather (there is a patio). There's free parking in the back.As noted, I visit to have a human conversation, so I don't have first hand experience of the wifi, but I do see people working on their computers, & I haven't heard complaints.Parking: The city offers free parking behind the store fronts on the block. There are maybe 7 spaces next to the back of this place. It's a one-way drive through that parking lot to the end where the store is. So if you discover there are no close spaces, you have to exit by crossing a sidewalk (helpful traffic mirror!) & then going back in about a block away & grabbing the first spot you see farther away.Wheelchair accessibility: As best I can tell, wheelchair access is available through the back, but someone has to hold the door. The lower dining area is a bit crowded to freely move around but people will probably move to help you get by. There are bathrooms on the ground floor. I have never entered from the front. For the last 5 years of his life, my husband was wheelchair-bound, so I'm familiar with accessibility issues, but I didn't come to this place until after his death, so I don't have personal experience.“
“Cute little cafe! I went there for breakfast and got a blueberry muffin and banana nut bread. Both were great and the portions were nice! I would go again over a Starbucks or Panera. They have a lot of drink options, but I am not a coffee drinker. They also have sandwiches which I look forward to trying next time.“
“Nestled in the heart of South Lyon, The Corner Social is a charming café housed in a historic building dating back to 1855. Stepping through its doors, patrons are not only greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee but also by the palpable sense of history that permeates the air.The café’s ambiance effortlessly blends old-world charm with modern comfort, making it an inviting space for locals and visitors alike. The exposed brick walls, original hardwood floors, and vintage decor pay homage to the building’s storied past, while cozy seating areas invite guests to linger and unwind.“
