We were excited to try the new restaurant that replaced Two Tostadas, but our first visit was disappointing. It’s a takeout-only location, and when I tried to order online, some menu items disappeared, so I had to call to confirm they were available. The nachos had very few chips, the Burrito Deluxe was spicy but lacked real flavor even with the red salsa, and the ground beef on the Taco Salad was gritty. We might give it one more try, but this first experience didn’t impress.
I’d also like to note that their 4.7-star rating includes reviews from the previous restaurant, Two Tostadas—any review before October 6th, 2025, isn’t for this new restaurant.

Shredded chicken taco was tough and dry. Steak was okay but needs some salt. Ground beef nothing exciting . Pork was not flavorful. Salsa was like watered down ketchup.. needs some kind of spice. Bean burrito very boring . Chips on the path of being good but no salt?
I suggest revisiting the seasoning and change the flour tortilla to a different brand . Enhance the refried beans. Otherwise very nice staff

This place was great when it was Two Tostadas, but it's no longer good now that it's El Patron.
Chips were stale, taco salad had no beans, and the grilled chicken was dry, rubbery and had no seasoning.

We ordered shredded chicken quesadilla. It was made with shredded chicken and cheese sauce mixed together. It was served folded and cut in half and was impossible to pick up or cut through the tortilla. Absolutely awful. Also ordered the ground beef chimichanga. It was very small in the center of at least a cup of cheese sauce. It was smashed and tough. The cheese sauce isn’t good. Lastly green enchiladas, this was ok, but nothing to brag about. $43 and more than 1/2 went into the garbage. At the time of ordering, I was told they had new ownership. Good Luck.

We were hoping to find good Mexican food that we didn't have to make ourselves, and we think we've found it here. Tasty. Even the chips were more flavorful than usual. There's lots of choice and we will work our way through this delicious menu.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. They did an amazing job catering our wedding. The food was plentiful and delicious everyone loved it. They were also extremely helpful & kind through out the whole process.
