Congratulations longest drive thru of my life. Wouldn’t hurt the ownership or regional management to figure it out. I will be taking my business to CULVERS. Also this Wendy’s is due for an upgrade.

I periodically visit this location, and to be honest, I had not for a long while due to poor service and qualify. However today, 8/13/25, and a couple of weeks ago I did opt to visit. I have to say that the service has been great and the food has been accurate as ordered, fresh, hot, and tasty. In addition, Savannah, that works the drive through has exceptional customer service! She, greets with a smile and a genuine hello, engages in the conversation, and ensures quality as food is delivered. Keep up the SPARC, Savannah! “Smiling People Attract Regular Customers”

Just went here 10 mins ago, and saw someone from grill, after laying raw meat down with bare hands, proceeded to hop over to the fries station and prepare someone's nuggets with their bare hands. Literally count a 6 six piece out in to the carton with bare hands. This place needs demo'd

I have only used the drive thru recently. The employees that I have interacted with have been extremely pleasant. Orders have been accurate all but one time. And that one time was immediately corrected at the window.

I received a DoorDash order for this store, from 13 miles away at 7 am. I get to the store and the doors are locked, and no one is answering at the drive thru. I call the store, and the manager, Lisa, answers the phone and not only berates me because SHE forgot to turn the DoorDash system off, but then hangs up on me when I try to explain that she does in fact have DoorDash orders coming through. If this is how management acts, and can’t even keep DoorDash orders straight- I can’t imagine what the actual service is like.

She said her hours are either 7:30 or 8 am “depending” but did not elaborate as to what her opening time depended on?

I just sat in line for 25 minutes because they came over the speaker and said they were backed up in the front end of the line. After the 25 mins someone came back to the speaker and said that they didn't realize anyone was waiting at the speaker. They had a whole line of people who had been waiting there. Several left the line. I requested that they make this situation right and comp my $6 meal since I had just waited there for so long AFTER being told that they needed a moment because they were slammed. The manager refused to make the situation right. I left and will never return unless it's under new ownership or management.
