Dirty, sticky floors, smelt like throw up. Got an ice tea and left quickly. I went back after some time. This place is still the worst Wendy's I've been to. The cashier walks up with a frosty, "can I help you." While two managers look at him while he's doing this. I just turned around and left. I hope Wendy's corporate people pull their heads out and clean this place up.

30mins they managed to make two orders of the 8 on the screen. Asked for a refund so I could leave, that was apparently too difficult so I told them they can keep the money and the food and left.

Ordered something simple so that there wasn't any mistakes made but yet they couldn't even get that right. If you can't even make a simple chicken BLT sandwich you shouldn't be serving food

Pulled into the drive thru and waited for someone to take my order, after 5 minutes of silence I say "Hello?" into the speaker..someone then says in an irritated voice "I'll be right with you" I wait again and she says "what can I get you" again in an irritated voice..I order my food and pull up and she doesn't say anything just holds out her hand for the money, she hands me my change I say thank you she says nothing, she hands me my food I say thank you she says nothing..I say have a nice day, she says nothing. She had an ugly look on her face and was extremely rude the whole interaction. I don't care how busy or short staffed you are, you can be nice and put a smile on your face to a paying customer..thats the first thing you should learn in a customer service job. I was nice & respectful to her the entire time, check the cameras..Sat Sept 15th around 1:30 blonde lady in a gray Traverse. The food here is ok but the service just keeps getting worse, there are other places I can and will spend my money.

I went through the drive through tonight to get myself dinner. As I was at the speaker I asked if they had any baked potatoes because they are my favorite. The guy on the other end of the speaker said they were out so I ordered something else kind of disappointed. As I got to the window to pay the manager Tonya came to the window and told me that she pulled one out of the oven special for me and asked how I wanted it. Tonya went above and beyond to get me what I wanted tonight. Absolutely amazing work!

I ordered the $6 Bag Deal with the Double Decker, 4 piece nugget, small fry, and a small drink.
The young lady who waited on me was super friendly and efficient! She ensured that she got my order correct. I enjoyed her service with a smile! High five to her!
The food was made just like I ordered. I ordered my sandwich without onions, which was made right! I also order ketchup and barbecue sauce, which was included in the bag.
I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great food and service!

The service here is routinely very slow. Even when you are the only in the drive through it still takes a very long time to get served.
