Rib tips were very tender, somewhat fatty but overall a good value for the lunch deal , collard greens were cooked well but not too much flavor other than salt, only downside was the cornbread, which is ironic. Cornbread was very dry and crumbly. I guess just a matter of preference. Overall will be back to try more menu items
Donya was the best! Super friendly and the special she suggested was awesome, the Ox tail stew. Great selection of side. Also they have the best cornbread I’ve ever had. Definitely be going back when I’m out that way.

I’ve been in Michigan for 9 years and I’ve tried several different “Soul Food” places and today CORNBREAD popped up in my search because I was in Southfield!
All I can say is, if you haven’t gone, GO IMMEDIATELY!
