“It has been a long time since I went to a fast food restaurant drive-through, and I give this establishment 10 stars from the time I pulled up the young lady greeted me with a smile and said hello. Her demeanor was so pleasant and friendly and once I reach the young man to pay for my order, same exact attitude, wonderful, and even informed me because I had my fur baby with me that this Chick-fil-A had pet treats once I arrived up at the window. The gentleman spoke and passed my order and told me to have a good day by that time. The young man that I had paid came up, went inside and gave me the dog treat this attitude and demeanor should be done at all restaurants. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A and Southfield and you all keep up the good work thank you. and the drive-through was quick. I did not sit long once again thank you for a wonderful experience.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“
