“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

The menu has tons of options, whether you're in the mood for a burger, a salad, or something else. It's hard to find a place where you get both great quality and good prices, but Blazing Grill does it right. Definitely worth a visit!“

“Great ambiance and outstanding food! The cuisine was exceptional, especially the combo platter. The steak platter was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The owner personally prepared grilled chicken tandoori with mandi rice, and it was absolutely delicious. Mariyam and Fatimah at the front desk provided excellent service with warm smiles throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be coming back—this place is truly one of the best.“

“We loved our brunch experience at BLVD Brunch House; it came highly recommended from our friends in the area and it DID NOT disappoint! On a Sunday morning, we had no wait and the service immediate and timely; street parking was free out front. We had a toddler with us (IYKYK), and the staff was kind and engaging with her! Props to Laila & the BLVD Team for that one.
On top of the attentive service, the food (mushroom hash, shrimp & grits, yogurt bowl, avocado toast, & cold brew) was PHENOM. We ate plenty and still had a full second meal to take home with us. We appreciated the Owner stopping by to check-in and for the kindness that was given to us from beginning to end; we'll be back and will be telling everyone about BLVD! <3“

“10/10!! The service and food here was amazing! The location was very clean inside (even though it was snowy and salty outside), this was my first time eating at this location as I was traveling.
The staff was very friendly and patient as well, my brother and I were checked up on several times by the individual behind the counter. I was even more impressed with the fact that I never saw anyone just standing around while no customers were coming in. Every person in the building was always doing something. Whether it was sweeping the entry way floors, wiping tables, or cleaning counters, everyone was working together! And as customers would come in, they were waited on almost instantly no matter what was going on. I love this franchise and the standard of quality/service that they uphold!“

“This is absolutely the best Mediterranean restaurant in the state of Michigan. Their chicken swarma is phenomenal it is never dried out always fresh with homemade phenomenal garlic sauce.
