“Pros: The wait wasn't too long and the food was hot & fresh. The guy working the register was nice (I didn't run into the older crabby female many of the comments are talking about).
Cons: My only critique is that the size of the drumsticks and thighs are too small for the price. The wings from Buffalo Wild Wings have similar amount of meat as the drumsticks and thighs I got from Chicken Shack. ?“

“Unfortunately, for the first time, my chicken was not freshly cooked, instead warm leftovers. Moreover, what used to be a good deal with a good price, has become a good meal for what I consider an unfair price. Yesterday, I would have normally purchased three orders. Instead, I ordered one.“
