“I had such a great experience at the Tropical Smoothie Southfield location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jeremiah at the register—kind, welcoming, and full of patience as I placed my order (and yes, I came in with a list!).
He didn’t miss a beat and made the entire process smooth and easy.
The energy in this location is unmatched. Every staff member I encountered was upbeat, friendly, and carried a spirit of joy and laughter. You can feel the good vibes as soon as you walk through the door.

“The pomegranate plunge is everything.... I know it's not too healthy with all of that sugar and with the sugar removed it doesn't taste the same ? But it is a nice treat especially on a 90° day! I just like to add that every must have some new people working there because my smoothie was not smooth at all today it was more like a rocky road all of these ice chunks like the ones you would get at the hospital all of these balls and big chunks of strawberry that wasn't blended I was really disappointed with that because it kept getting stuck in my straw ??... Perhaps I'll go back to my old faithful location That gives you right each and every time ??“
“Normally I'm not a big fan of chains like this, but this place was near my work, so I gave it a shot... Now I come here almost every week. They have never gotten my order wrong, literally not even once, and it's always on time. Staff always greets me with a smile and it's always clean. I exclusively order the Supergreen Chicken Caesar wrap and it's so delicious and hot every single time. This is a great location.“
