“I always have a pleasant experience from the drive thru to payment, and to smoothie pick up. Each employee that I’ve had interactions with are always kind, smiling and polite . Customer service and working in retail or restaurants can be very challenging. I applaud each employee at this location. I always look forward to seeing them and getting my smoothie!“
“The service is top tier at this location. I ordered ahead on the mobile app one day, as I usually do, and they happened to be out of something I wanted. They took the time to call me and let me know ahead of time and even offered me alternatives. Great staff and location.“
“Northwestern location made a smoothie but one of them lost a gold earring in my smoothie grinded in pieces chipping my tooth so we went to report to management and all three of the young ladies was trying to find out what it was and how it happened the manager was a lady tried to tell me i must have made a mistake it had to be something i put in my own cup i asked her to check the blender they found more she tried hiding it from me i told her no these pieces were in my mouth when I took a sip then one of the young ladies said she was missing her earring the young ladies were very nice the manager called someone on the phone and management didn't want to do a report for me she kept eyeballing one of the ladies as if she was in big trouble so we left management gets a 0“
