“I visited this Wendy's for dinner hoping for a hot delicious spicy chicken sandwich and was greeted by a big friendly smile and welcome from the employee Brandon. Brandon helped me modify my sandwich to just how I like it cuz i.dont like no dry sandwich, the chicken was crispy and juicy the veggies was fresh. He really made my day with his laugh, smile and infectious spirit. Working in food service for cedar point over 20 years he's definitely a gem in today's fast food service world. I will return when close“

“The staff here were genuinely kind and thoughtful. I ordered a burger without the bun since I am cutting down on carbs and asked for utensils. To my surprise, they arranged everything so neatly between the lettuce and meat instead of tossing it into a box like most places do. Such a small detail, yet it showed real care. I ended up not even needing the utensils. Really appreciated the effort and will definitely return!“

“Typical Wendy's food. Frosty, nuggets, and fries were good. We always get fries to dip in our frosty. The order taker was friendly. The order was correct, and I got a receipt. Hallelujah, I got a receipt from a fast food restaurant! The service was fast. I didn't even have to put the car in park at the drive thru.“

“Approximately 10 minutes from order to delivery at 12:45 pm on a weekday, reasonable considering the fairly large crowd in-store and drive thru. The counter staff was courteous and helpful. Great chili, lots of crackers and hot sauce. The dining room could have been cleaner; the tables had all been wiped down with water that was not so fresh. The restrooms were a bit cleaner than average for a fast food restaurant. This location is convenient and better than many other options in the immediate area.“

“Honestly this is the best fast food restaurant in the area! They always give great customer service and my food is always made right. There is a bit of a wait sometimes but I think they’re just understaffed so I’m not mad about it. I would go here and wait 10 times before I go to the McDonald’s across the street!
