“Im not understanding why there is 1 person working most of the time past 11. Instead of trying to save on y’all labor add an extra person so the line goes quicker late night. Not everyone gets off of work at 5PM and there is no reason why it should take 30 minutes to move 1 car when its only 5 in the drive through. And if there is another person on the shift they better get to working. This is not just a problem here its everywhere“
“Love that they are back open!!! Morning staff is pretty cool, just weren’t as helpful with an in app issue or rectifying it. Besides that will for sure be back. Seems like everyone was waiting for them to comeback with the lines they have at night!!!Made my breakfast sandwich just to my liking!! And it was fresh!!“

“The other day I visited this Wendy's on cadiuex and Harper to try out there breakfast for the first time. I ordered two egg and sausage biscuits sandwich which were fresh and hot and with great customers service. Who ever running this Wendy's team keep up the good work. I'll be back to try the lunch menu out“

“I usually order from this Wendy’s and, to be honest, the experience is often subpar. However, I recently had an issue with my order and called in and Sharita completely turned things around. She handled the situation with ease and professionalism. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had at this location.
My food was hot, made correctly, and actually delicious. We need more people like Sharita someone who clearly understands what it’s like to be on both sides of the counter and knows how to provide excellent service. I truly commend her. This was some of the best service I’ve had all year, and it wasn’t even in person.
All she did was answer the phone and do her job, but the way she did it made all the difference. You really need to know how important she is to this establishment. Sharita, I thank you“
“The drive thru people was very rude I had to ask for my receipt, then I noticed that it was on other bags being delivered out the window, as I was told to pull over and wait for the receipt. I waited 20 minutes and just left. I do not know what the problems were, maybe because I asked for ketchup? Which should have been included in the order. However, they had a very nasty way of serving. I was a visitor over there doing work, and went the distance to get to Wendy's, to be treated in this manner. OMG....“
“I believe the young lady that was working drive-thru, her name was Christine. Her voice was so soft and pleasant I loved her customer service. My spicy chicken sandwich was hot and fresh and I'm sure I'm the only one that order it with no mayo and ranch and pickles so they were sure to make sure it was high impression and I really really appreciate it that. Took me less than 5 minutes to get a fresh sandwich on my break. Good job team and management“
“the morning manager is a very rude woman who can't communicate and she threw my food in the car.......
Update the manager is now running the store she has a better attitude now and theam is polite and efficient they work hard I door dash im in the store daily it's clean and the service is the best in the area“
“For the last year+ this Wendy's has been doing great. They got a new manager, Bri, and she has really helped improve the quality of the food, the accuracy of service, and the overall experience at this location. My co-workers and I used to skip Wendy's as an option until Bri got this location on the right track. Now we stop in almost every week. The burgers are made right, taste great, and the place is really clean. We've been going there so much Bri even recognizes us and always gives us a great big hello.“
“A few years ago I used to have a bad opinion of this Wendy's, but in the past few months that I've given it a chance again, they have really upped their game! The Dave's double that I got today was on par or even better than a Culver's burger tbh. I wish I would have taken a picture of it, it looked better than it did on the menu! They have been very quick, friendly, and providing a great product as of late. Thank you all so much! 10/10 would recommend this place.“
“When I go to this Wendy's I usually have a pretty good experience. Every once in awhile they'll get an order a little wrong. For instance my grandson does not eat anything other than cheese on his cheeseburgers. And every once in a while they'll forget and they'll put the catch up on it. Other than that they're very friendly nice group of people.“
