I recently stopped by my local Wendy’s for a quick lunch, and overall, it is a perfectly decent option when you need a fast and filling meal. I went with the classic Dave’s Single combo, paired with a medium order of fries and, of course, a signature chocolate Frosty.
The burger itself hit the spot—it was surprisingly juicy, the lettuce and tomato tasted fresh, and the bun held up well. The Frosty remains an undefeated classic: thick, sweet, and the ultimate companion for dipping. However, the fries were a bit of a letdown. They were only lukewarm, suggesting they had spent a bit too long waiting under the heat lamps rather than coming out fresh.
On the bright side, the drive-thru service was remarkably fast during the lunch rush, and the employee who handed over my bag was polite and efficient.
While it is certainly not a gourmet dining experience, Wendy’s consistently delivers on what it promises. It offers reliable, reasonably priced comfort food that easily gets the job done on a hectic afternoon. I will definitely return, keeping my fingers crossed for hotter, crispier fries next time.“

“Took the kids and was bracing for the usual chaos. Didn't happen. Food came quick, the kids actually ate it, and the staff didn't make us feel like a nuisance. We even managed an adult conversation, which is some kind of miracle. Reasonable prices too. Family-approved. We'll definitely be making this a regular stop.“

“Im not understanding why there is 1 person working most of the time past 11. Instead of trying to save on y’all labor add an extra person so the line goes quicker late night. Not everyone gets off of work at 5PM and there is no reason why it should take 30 minutes to move 1 car when its only 5 in the drive through. And if there is another person on the shift they better get to working. This is not just a problem here its everywhere“

“This is the first time I ever bought a collaboration meal from Wendy's. When the server told me that the fries were hot I thought he meant the freshness of the fries. 😭🤣😭 The Taki french fries were hot and a burger was delicious 10/10🔥🔥!!“

“I started coming this Wendy’s a couple weeks ago. The service was beautiful I have never went in a Wendy’s and was greeted so calm, friendly the service great. “The other day I visited this Wendy's on cadiuex and Harper to try out there breakfast for the first time. I ordered two egg and sausage biscuits sandwich which were fresh and hot and with great customers service. Who ever running this Wendy's team keep up the good work. I'll be back to try the lunch menu out“

Huge respect to the manager, who handled everything with care while the team was short staffed. She and her crew stayed focused and made sure every guest was taken care of. “The drive thru people was very rude I had to ask for my receipt, then I noticed that it was on other bags being delivered out the window, as I was told to pull over and wait for the receipt. I waited 20 minutes and just left. I do not know what the problems were, maybe because I asked for ketchup? Which should have been included in the order. However, they had a very nasty way of serving. I was a visitor over there doing work, and went the distance to get to Wendy's, to be treated in this manner. OMG....“

“I believe the young lady that was working drive-thru, her name was Christine. Her voice was so soft and pleasant I loved her customer service. My spicy chicken sandwich was hot and fresh and I'm sure I'm the only one that order it with no mayo and ranch and pickles so they were sure to make sure it was high impression and I really really appreciate it that. Took me less than 5 minutes to get a fresh sandwich on my break. Good job team and management“

“the morning manager is a very rude woman who can't communicate and she threw my food in the car.......

Update the manager is now running the store she has a better attitude now and theam is polite and efficient they work hard I door dash im in the store daily it's clean and the service is the best in the area“

“Why Wendys always look so crowded of workers?? Nowadays, the food is not the best there, needs to be done with love, hot and fresh. Also,, them workers in there are very nice except certain folks, you cant rush customers. So they need a better system. Its too robotic in a bad way. But them workers i gotta give it to them. Make sure yall pay them appropriately for their labor, get two drawers open all day, and less people working like 1 person for everything, and 1 that can do everything. Give everyone a chance to shine. Thanks for the efforts of trying to help best way as possible with your customer service.“

“For the last year+ this Wendy's has been doing great. They got a new manager, Bri, and she has really helped improve the quality of the food, the accuracy of service, and the overall experience at this location. My co-workers and I used to skip Wendy's as an option until Bri got this location on the right track. Now we stop in almost every week. The burgers are made right, taste great, and the place is really clean. We've been going there so much Bri even recognizes us and always gives us a great big hello.“

“A few years ago I used to have a bad opinion of this Wendy's, but in the past few months that I've given it a chance again, they have really upped their game! The Dave's double that I got today was on par or even better than a Culver's burger tbh. I wish I would have taken a picture of it, it looked better than it did on the menu! They have been very quick, friendly, and providing a great product as of late. Thank you all so much! 10/10 would recommend this place.“
