Wendy's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers tasty food, but the customer experience can vary. While some customers praise the manager's professionalism and the hot, quality meals, others have reported long wait times, unprofessional staff communication, and issues with order accuracy and cleanliness. Overall, the food quality seems to be the highlight, but the service and restaurant environment may need improvement at certain locations.
