“the team has been fantastic. Steven (not usually at this location) cashed us out and was extremely hospitable. There were a few orders happening before we got to order but he acknowledged us and apologized for the wait.

When we were ready to order, I asked about the dill fries but opted not to get them. When we got our order, he gave me a pack for free to try! I thought that was really sweet and was a nice way to surprise and delight the customer. He even came around while we were eating to ask about them. Joshua the manager also did the same! Great team - they’re very personable.“

“Im not the type of person to leave reviews but I was getting dinner on my way home from work, haven’t been to Wendy’s in a while and thought it would be nice to switch something up for tonight. I will definitely be coming back. Not only was the food amazing, the girl with the glasses taking my order (I think her name was cielle according to my receipt) was the best. Such positive energy, very bubbly. Had a huge smile on her face. I know it may sound bad but I don’t usually donate when asked at fast food places, but she was so polite in the way she had asked that i was more than happy to donate. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, food came out very hot and fresh, everything was bagged so neatly as well. The overall experience was so pleasant, I can definitely tell that everyone who works there strives for the best when it comes to their customers. Great job guys, keep up the amazing work.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this drive-thru experience at Wendy’s genuinely impressed me. Lisa completely changed the vibe of what’s normally a quick in-and-out stop. From the moment she greeted me, her energy was warm, upbeat, and authentic — not the robotic “scripted” kind.

She was attentive, double-checked my order without making it feel repetitive, and handled everything smoothly even though it seemed busy. You could tell she actually cares about doing her job well. My food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I asked for it.

It’s rare for someone at a drive-thru to leave a memorable impression, but Lisa did. She turned a simple fast-food run into a genuinely pleasant experience. Management should definitely recognize her — she represents the brand the right way. 👏“
