Just went through your drive through and was given the wrong order. No problem there. Mistakes happen. BUT I was treated like this was my mistake! The woman at the window did not say a word to me when I explained that I had the wrong order. There was no apology, nothing. Complete silence. In fact when I gave her the wrong order back she held up a garbage can and POINTED TO IT, rather than asking me to put the bag in there! You guys need to do some serious customer service training!
Unbelievable! They get our order wrong every flippin' time! Seriously please hire people with a brain and common sense!
Just now, pulled in to grab a bite, door locked, no lights on, employees standing around laughing. No one would come to the door to tell us what was going on. Power out? No sign on the door! Seriously whose running that place???! Apparently morons.
