First time visitor, the staff was very nice and polite. They helped us immediately upon entry. They allowed me to sample the soups. The lobster bisque was good. However, the turkey club was sad. I have never had a warm turkey club. The bacon is bacon bits, like why? My husband ordered a pork maple bacon grill cheese. The pork was ham. LOL just say lunch meat ham. He said it was good. However, I would not return.

Pros: The food is delicious. The menu has been updated.

Cons: The self-service kiosk feels impersonal and is hard to use. The reward program is not worth signing up for. There were 5 people working, and the service was still mediocre.

The chicken pot pie soup never fails me! Omg it's super good! I also ordered the chicken tortilla soup, but guess what? They didn't put my tortillas in the bag, so I didn't even eat the soup. That's my favorite part of the soup, just like the crust sprinkles are my favorite part of the chicken pot pie soup. If the crust wasn't in the bag, I wouldn't have eaten the chicken pot pie either.
