Update 2025. This Arby’s will get your food right every time. Ordering online gives workers a scapegoat to not build your order correctly it seems but walk in, carry out, or drive thru order I always right and quality is consistent. I bypass an Arby’s to go to this one because I can trust it. Regards to the management here, you’re doing it right!“
“Was all good except they didn't take the coupons when we went to pay for the food. For some reason they won't take coupons unless you SAY you're using a coupon when you give your order. Doesn't make sense really when you're not even paying for it yet. Even if you have it ready right as you get to the window they (in my case) wouldn't/didn't accept it. So dumb.
